ASEAN-EU Cooperation and Scholarships day

On 13 & 14 August 2020, the 3rd ASEAN-EU Cooperation & Scholarships Day showcased the joint work of the European Union and ASEAN to advance people-centred connectivity through cooperation projects and scholarship opportunities.
The EU is ASEAN’s most significant partner in development cooperation, supporting the region with EUR 250 million between 2015-2020. Connectivity between people, and among nations and regions, is central to the partnership. Improved connectivity in education and research enhances mutual understanding and is central to finding solutions to shared challenges, such as the climate emergency and the coronavirus pandemic.
